Clinician Position – Join a Growing Relationship-Focused Practice in Manhattan

The Relationship Suite is a growing psychotherapy group practice in Manhattan specializing in couples therapy, marriage counseling, and relationship-focused individual therapy. We are a couples focused practice building specialists.

We are seeking thoughtful, motivated clinicians who are passionate about helping individuals and couples build healthier relationships and who are interested in growing with a collaborative and supportive practice.

This role is ideal for therapists who value clinical excellence, teamwork, and long-term professional development within a warm and collegial environment.

Position Overview

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Manhattan, NY. Clinicians provide high-quality therapy to individuals and couples, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation.

You will work alongside a team of dedicated therapists and participate in regular case consultation and team collaboration to ensure the highest level of care for clients.

While the role includes in-person sessions in our Manhattan office, there is flexibility for virtual sessions as needed.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for clinicians who are:

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling
  • Licensed or license-eligible in New York (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, MHC, LMFT, MFT, or Psychologist)
  • Minimum 2 years outpatient clinical experience
  • Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities

Evening and/or Saturday availability is required.
