Whether you’re married or in a relationship, anniversaries mark that special day that brought you and your partner together as a couple.
Twenty-four hours in a day never seem to be enough. Balancing kids, healthy relationship/marriage, work, friends and other life commitments is one of our greatest challenges today.
There’s something I’d like to share with you that could change your whole viewpoint about your relationship and relationships in general. Here it is… You. Can’t. Fix. Your. Partner!
Life throws curveballs sometimes. The glitches that can hit everyday healthy relationships can include illness, financial issues, infertility, the death of a close friend or family member or any of a long list of localized problems.
Does this sound familiar? You’ve been together for a while now and have reached the ‘comfortable’ stage in your relationship.
Why would you need to flirt with your partner? The deal’s been sealed, right? Most couples forget how to flirt with each other but this is a really important step in keeping the romance alive.
Everyone has his or her individual communication style, especially when it comes to arguing. It’s not uncommon for someone to tell their partner in the heat of an argument “I hate you,” or that they “want a divorce” even when they don’t mean it.
Relationships are complicated. I have witnessed many of my couples enter a pattern where one person pursues the conflict and the other pulls away from it. If one partner is pulling away, the other is more likely to hit the accelerator and pursue in an effort to work through the conflict.
Welcome to summer! Okay, so it’s hot. We all know that. Make yourself a cold drink and use the heat to your romantic advantage.
